No matter what low carb diet plan you go with, make sure that you stick to that one and avoid the temptation to combine many of the various plans. Starting with a low carb diet cookbook that accompanies your diet plan is the best place to start, as you learn more about your diet and have gotten into the habit of it, then start to look elsewhere for a low carb diet book or two that will provide you with even more options!
