We have talked a lot about how important it is to stick with a low carb diet in order to reach the goals that you have set for yourself. And your chances of success with a low carb diet increases when you have the knowledge you need to make the healthiest decisions for your body. Beyond all of this and once your goals are met- you also have to commit to a different lifestyle than before so that the pounds will stay off. A low carb will help you to lose the weight, but if you go back to your old ways after the weight-loss, you will only gain back the weight that you worked so hard to take off.

Another important aspect of dieting and overall health is bringing enough exercise into your daily life. Your body will not be at its best without also getting a fair amount of this dreaded exercise. But, even the most effective low carb diets should be combined with exercise. This will not only make you feel and look better, but it will allow you to be more flexible with your diest, as your body will require more fuel.
