Chocolate

Chocolate can be part of your new diet. Go ahead and crack open a chocolate bar tonight. You have earned it and it probably will not kill you.

Are You Allowed To Snack On Chocolate? Say What Now?

The simple fact of the munching matter is that this is an acceptable dessert according to Dr. Atkins or other experts in this field. Is there a great deal of starch or wheat in chocolate? Of course not. It's nothing like beer, pasta or bagels, so feel free to unwrap a Snickers or piece of cake tonight after your meal of eggs, bacon and sausage. See, you needn't cut out tasty treats in order to lose weight. This is the whole rationale for carbohydrate driven diets and why chocolate can be a fine part of those. That's the entire appeal of a diet that focuses on carbohydrate intake.

Looks good, right? Go on, take a bit. According to our site, chocolate can be devoured at almost any time. You never want to make it TOO much of a habit because it's not exactly the healthiest food available - but it's fine to consume as part of your new eating rituals. This is especially the case if you're focusing on low carb chocolates.

Give it up for chocolate!

We know, we know, this stuff tastes delicious. Of course it does. it is chocolate. You really can't get enough of it once it's broken out. It's a good thing this treat doesn't include a lot of carbohydrates because it would be a shame if it had to end up on the Do Not Eat list. There's enough on there already. Like bread. That could be a tough one to avoid.

But there is low carb chocolate out there as well as lower carb options and alternatives for foods you never even considered. It is not altogether that complicated. Nevertheless, you're doing a wonderful job avoiding the bad carbs and focusing on the good ones. It's like a lesson in life as you work on your willpower. This could come in handy during other times, as well.

In fact, as a reward for your dedication, go eat some chocolate. You deserve it.
