What Are Good Carbs
You may, in fact, be wondering what are bad carbs. This is perfectly normal. The reason that it is perfectly normal is that the world of carbs can be rather confusing indeed, and has lead many a person to get so fed up with the subject that they just start thinking about other things. For example, they start thinking about water and guns and waterguns and pollo and arroz and watermelon and fish and bicycles and slip covers and ham and cheese and tomatoes and french bread and going to the movies to see the latest Harry Potter film. In other words, the prospect of correctly identifying exactly what is the difference between good carbs and those which are considered detrimental is driving these people to other thoughts, because they simply can't bear to expend any more mental energy on the matter. Can you relate?
