What Are Bad Carbs

At this particular point in your "studies," you may very well be wondering exactly what are good carbs. Fortunately, we have a page that can help you understand this phenomenon, and if you are really really lucky, you might even pick up a great recipe for a tuna fish sandwich. Now is that making efficient use of your time or what? It sure is! You wouldn't even be making nearly as good use of your hours by sliding down a waterslide while doing your taxes and eating a banana! Okay, maybe you would, but that really isn't the point right now. So what is the point? The point is that bad carbs are not good, and that is why they are named the way. Accordingly, you might want to consider avoiding them, as that may help you to achieve your desired weight loss goals. Please understand, however, that you should do this in conjunction with diet and a moderate amount of exercise, and also that you do not need to completely eliminate your intake of these carbs, just decrease it. Is that fair enough? Does it work alright for you?

Excellent!

We always love people who are willing to cooperate. We love people who are willing to work with us. Are you similar in character? Hmm, maybe we have the same astrological sign. Are you a Gemini? No? Taurus? Aquarius? Okay, we give up, what are you?

A Leo?

Oh wow, we would have never guessed! What a complete shock! Is there anything else that you should be telling us?
