Do Not Be An Annoying Carb Counter Any More
There is a carb counter within us all
Maybe you just do not know it yet. If you're a Type A personality who's also a carb counter, you'll probably have a lot of success with your weight loss plan. (Any weight loss plan, not just a low carb plan.) Chances are you know exactly how many carbs you can have, and you write them down in a journal each day. If you want a more formal journal, you can find all kinds of carb counterjournals online that you can print and photocopy, then put them in a binder.
This way you can refer back to successful weeks of low carb dieting, so when you've had a gain (or just didn't lose one week) then you can go back and find a week where you had a loss and possibly repeat what you ate that week.
You can also find a lot of web sites online that offer an online carb counter. There are oodles and scads of those. There's even a carb counter for your PDA, and an Atkins carb counter for pocket PCs, if you're technically inclined!
Whatever method you decide on, keeping track of how many carbs you're eating is going to help you be successful on your weight loss journey. Maybe you need an online carb counter or some other sort of free carb counter.
- When it comes to counting carbs, how do you do it?
- Do you write it down? Do you keep a journal?
- What is your method of tracking this sort of thing, anyway?
- Or do you just keep track of your daily carb intake in your head?
- After working on carb counts for a long time, you'll eventually know how many carbs are in the foods you like to eat. Until then, there are a lot of different ways to make carb counting easier.
